Andy and I are truckin' right along on the whole moving thing. We are using paper plates, eating what is left in the refrigerator and pantry, and finishing up odd jobs around the house. We're so excited to be moving and owning our own home! And here's the great news....our lender emailed us and said that everything is in order for us to close and now we just wait until the 26th!!! So excited!
We are living in Union Park Gardens in Wilmington, DE; a super cute little neighborhood with lots of parks, some restaurants, and is very close to both hospitals for me. Another perk? Courtney is living right down the street, about 1/2 mile from me, in Trolley Square. I'm going to show you some pictures of the neighborhood. I have another idea for this blog. For the month or so when we first move in, I'm going to document all of the things we refinish in the house. It'll be a fun DIY/house decorating segment. We already have tricks up our sleeves.....new wood floor in the basement and kitchen redo??? Yep, get excited all you DIYers.
